Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.

How long do I have to make my return?

We accept returns & exchanges within 45 days of the ship date on all purchases. Please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.


What is returnable?

New merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible.  


Do we offer international returns?

We currently do not offer international returns. 


ASHER reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
